In winter, the valley offers a ski area with 250km of slopes, from beginner to expert, but also Nordic and cross-country skiing and numerous activities for non-skiers: snowshoeing, dog sledding, fat biking, snowkiting, giant zip line, bobsleigh, etc.)

In summer the valley offers a range of outdoor activities: cycling and mountain biking, kayaking and rafting, paragliding, tennis, golf, horse riding and of course magnificent hikes in the Ecrins or Cerces massif and surrounding valleys.
